Hello from Happy! We want to reassure our guests that we are taking all necessary measures to deal with the situation. We will be open for business as usual but have several measures in place to ensure that the situation is handled with our utmost attention.
The wellbeing of all our guests and employees will always be our main priority and we want to assure you that we are following all steps and advice provided by local authorities and the World Health Organisation.
In addition, all our staff will be getting their temperatures checked before they start their shifts. This will be carried out by the management team and each employee will have to sign a declaration that they feel ok. “Customer safety is our number one priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure they feel secure in our restaurant,“ says the General Manager, Ivan Popov.
“If any staff member has a fever or is experiencing worrisome symptoms, he or she will be sent home immediately. This check will be carried out twice-a-day by a senior member of staff.”
“We are in close contact with all of our staff and guests and have a procedure in place should either feel ill. We are making sure we follow the appropriate sanitary protocol that all restaurants are held to – hand washing, regular toilet cleaning, gloves for chefs, and drinking from our own glasses. Extra hand sanitisers will be visible throughout the restaurant too.”
“Lastly, please feel free to preorder through the Deliveroo app or call up and collect yourselves. We look forward to seeing you soon,” says Ivan Popov.
