Robots and equipment with different functions take care in perfecting every detail - from the heating of the plates to the size of each tasty portion. At Happy there are also special innovations created by specifications. In short - the digital revolution has introduced new supporting actors in the kitchen that save time, guarantee quality and most importantly - allow us to enjoy the pleasure of delicious, fresh and perfectly prepared food. Frymaster Fryer
This outstanding device has digital temperature and time control. It features a special filtration system and cold zones keeping sediment and debris away. It also has a mechanism preventing burning and the frymaster features a fat quality control function. The oil used is the special Prep Supreme selected from the highest quality materials, water resistant oxidation, without trans fats and hydrogenation, and reduced quantity of saturated fats. Frymaster is the perfect master of the crispy golden crust like the one in the quinoa or spinach balls, Greek style fried marrows, squids and fillets.
Merrychef Oven
This little oven makes a big difference in the kitchen. It combines hot air with a ventilator and is used for speeding up the process of baking bread and various pastries. The aromatic ciabatta, tasty burger bread, crispy tortillas or the chocolate soufflé – they all owe their quality to this high-speed oven accelerating the process 15 times.
Double sided electronic Express Grill
Our Express Grill is used to cook our most tasty dishes. Because of this grill it only takes a couple of minutes for our fresh meat and vegetables to get a perfect outer crust combined with a juicy inside without wasting their precious nutritious values. Also, by using this machine, there is no need for advance processing. Our new arrival cuts the baking time in half owing this to its technology and the two-sided product processing.
Alto-Shaam Cook & Hold
Priceless equipment that preserves protein in food and keeps food from drying out or getting cold. Alto-Shaam is used to maintain the temperature of specific products after cooking for a short time (max. 10 minutes). This is the secret behind the crispy crusts, the soft cores of fried potatoes and the perfect taste of baked vegetables. Alto Shaam offers humidity controls to keep the natural moisture in the food and, simultaneously, it keeps fried food from softening. They are used mainly in rush hours and allow for preparing several portions at a time served in the next 5 to 10 minutes.
Bain-Marie
The Bain-Marie technique is used to store hot and cold dishes: soups, sauces, mashes, vegetables. This equipment features a fully automated and integrated state-of-the-art heating or cooling systems maintaining fixed temperatures without stressing food. Bain-Marie comes with a large variation in the selection of temperature equally distributed over food.

Fridges
There are no freezers at Happy because we always use freshly chilled meat and fresh vegetables and fruits. Our products stay super fresh in our special Happy-tailored fridges which come with upper storage, salad bar containers, etc. To save time and energy and not compromise in whatsoever manner product freshness we use glass doors for effective display, self-closing doors and containers as well as strict and uniform organization meeting the highest standards in the sector.
Auxiliary devices:
Robots for cutting and slicing – vegetables and other products are cut in equal pieces. Used in the preparatory phase.
Potato peeler – peels potatoes and vegetables with the help of water and abrasives. Used in the preparatory phase.
